Shri Saibaba Centenary Festival

In association with Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi
In 1918, Shri Saibaba left his mortal body and attained Samadhi. To commemorate 100 years of this sacred event, the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, in collaboration with Shri Sadguru Sai Charitable Trust, organized a grand Vidarbha-level Samadhi Centenary Festival from January 25 to February 8, 2018.
The highlight of this celebration was the display of the sacred Padukas that Saibaba personally adorned during his lifetime and carried during his Thursday processions. These Padukas, preserved in the Shirdi Sansthan Museum, were made available for public darshan for the first time in honor of the centenary year.
A grand three-day festival was held in Nagpur from January 25 to 27, 2018, featuring:
  • Sai Mahanaatya: A theatrical performance on Saibaba’s life.
  • Musical Evenings: Soulful devotional music programs.
  • Mahaprasad: A grand community feast.
  • Special Arrangements for the Elderly and Orphans to ensure darshan access
Over 250,000 devotees participated in this historic event, which was graced by prominent personalities, including Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Chairman Dr. Suresh Haware, Vice Chairman Shri Chandrashekhar Kadam, and other esteemed trustees.
This once-in-a-lifetime festival celebrated Saibaba’s teachings of love, compassion, and unity, leaving an indelible mark on devotees’ hearts.
